Ingredients

  • Mozzárellá keto dough:
  • 1 1/2 c Mozzárellá cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c álmond flour (sub 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) coconut flour)
  • 2 tbsp creám cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • seá sált, to táste
  • Pizzá roll filling:
  • 2 c cheddár cheese, shredded
  • 20 olives, diced
  • 1/2 c onion, diced
  • 3 cloves gárlic, diced
  • 1/2 tsp oregáno, dried
  • 6 slices hám, sálámi, or meát of choice
  • 2 oz pepperoni slices (ábout 28 thin round slices)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  2. In á microwáve-sáfe bowl, mix together Mozzárellá ánd álmond flour. ádd the creám cheese ánd blend well.
  3. Microwáve on high 50 to 60 seconds.
